Chainsaw man Episode 3
This episode was filled with a ton of turn of events. First Power who is this fiend, only agrees to help because if not she would be killed. So they are going about there patrol and Power tells Denji about how she hates devils because one stole her cat. Denji agrees to help and so when they are walking, he realizes it is outside of their jurisdiction and then before he can say anything else is knocked out by Power. She then tries to feed him to the bat devil because the bat devil needs human blood to heal. But when he tastes Denji’s blood he spits it out and throws Denji then trying to go to the inner city to eat kids. Before he goes though he eats Powers cat which was caged. Power tells him to eat her because she doesn’t want to live without her cat. Then Denji gets up and cuts into the bat and they crashed into the city. They have this huge fight and eventually end by Denji killing the bat. Denji saves Power and Power’s cat and so he celebrated by dancing. As he was dancing though, his arm got cut off by the worm/ leech devil.
This episode had some recognizable Japanese words like, “私のねこ” meaning my cat or even a more recent way of speech that I noted. This more recent term was “いきませんか” which was an invitation to go to the shed and save her cat. There were many the forms I begin to recognize throughout the episode.
